This document is intended to guide the administrator in the use of the SOGomail backoffice.

It is intended for anyone who has an administrator account on the SOGomail platform.

This account can be provided to you by our Support department.

This document will first describe the connection and then the "Domains" section.

This module will allow you to fully manage your domain and your mailboxes.

2. Connection to the SOGomail backoffice

The connection to the interface is very simple. You just have to go to the address below:

Then just enter the email address and password that was provided to you.

If you don't remember your password, you can use the "Forgotten password" function on the home page.

You also can request a password reset with a ticket.
