1. What is Cleanmail?

Cleanmail is a mail relay with a filtering function that enables several actions for e-mails passing through the platform.

You can manage your filtering list (allow-/blocklist), as well as view and modify your messages in retention and quarantine directly from the Cleanmail platform.

The menus/functions to which you have access depend on the policies defined by your administrator. The same applies to quarantine operations.

2. Login

Only users with a valid Cleanmail account can connect to the platform. Accounts are created/managed by your domain administrator.

Depending on your configuration, you have two options to connect to the platform:

• Via quarantine report (automatic authenticated access with token, no user/password required)
• Via the URL (email and password required):

f you lose your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” feature.

Simply enter your username and click “Submit”:

Then click “Forgot Password”.
