1. What is Cleanmail ?

Cleanmail is a filtering mail relay that allows several actions on the mails that pass through its platform. Through this interface, end users can manage their allow/block lists, as well as consulting/handling their retained and quarantined messages.

2. Access to the Cleanmail platform

The interface can only be accessed by users with a valid Cleanmail account. Accounts are created/managed by the domain administrator.

Depending on the policy defined by the administrator, the user can connect to the interface:

automatically from the quarantine report received by email (authenticated connection)
using the url cloud.cleanmail.ch with their e-mail address/password

2.1. Authentication with user/password

As an Admin, you have received your user/password from the Alinto Support Team.

As a first step, we strongly recommend you to activate the double authentication and change your password. To do this, go to your profile.

2.2. Your profile

Click on your name at the top right of the screen to access your profile.
